Aveanna is looking for a Strategic Expansion Administrative Assistant to support our construction project management team. You will manage mostly business related tasks for the team such as creating reports, organizing travel and accommodation, scheduling meetings for project management team, taking minutes and other organizational tasks. The right candidate will have a detailed understanding of MS suite. The right candidate for this position will have a "do-it-all" attitude, who knows how to work smart and fast, and who can set priorities easily and effectively.


  • Strong calendar management and ability to arrange complex travel for multiple individuals
  • Resolve administrative problems by analyzing  information, identifying and communicating solutions
  • Maintains rapport with customers, managers, employees, and subcontractors
  • Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related tasks as needed
  • Answer and routing multi-phone lines for project management team
  • Research and analyze data to prepare documents for presentations. 
  • Strong ability in using various software, including Word, Excel, and other various databases
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Must be able to communicate with senior level management
  • Handle all on and offsite meeting logistics as needed
  • Ability in reading and analyzing incoming memos, and distributing them as needed
  • Performing office/admin duties as needed


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience interfacing with all levels of management and other admin support staff
  • 3-5 Years' executive level administrative experience
  • Advanced MS, Power Point, and excel skills is a must

Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English
• Must be able to travel; company does not provide vehicles or transportation
• Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling of 25 pounds
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Prolonged walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting
• Must be able to sit and climb stairs
• Must have visual and hearing acuity
• Must have strong sense of smell and touch

• Must be able to function in a wide variety of environments which may involve exposure to allergens and other various conditions
