Compensation (Incentive) Analyst

Position Overview
The Compensation Analyst will support and execute the People Services/Compensation strategy and work directly with the Manager, Compensation to ensure that compensation and incentive plans are competitive and support Aveanna Healthcare’s incentive reward structure. The Compensation Analyst will provide professional guidance, coordination, and support in an effective and consistent application of Aveanna’s compensation administration policies and practices. The Compensation Analyst will provide complex analysis of data to ensure that compensation plans support business objectives.

Essential Job Functions
Oversee the calculation of payouts under Aveanna’s Corporate, Operational, and Executive Incentive plans (various incentive plans).
Coordinate with Field People Services team and Operational Leadership on the approval of any payouts prior to communicating with the Payroll department for processing.
Assist in developing and drafting employee communications regarding incentive plans and programs as needed.
Provide accounting and finance department leaders with accurate and up to date estimates of future incentive payouts for purposes of journal entry creation and forecasting.
Ensure that all employees who qualify for an Aveanna Field Incentive plan have reviewed, signed and returned all appropriate documentation, such as offer letters.
Assist in generating reports related to appropriate metrics, such as caregiver productivity, labor statistics, etc.
Provides excellent customer service and support to internal customers including key business partners.

Bachelor’s degree
2-5 years of progressive experience in compensation plan analysis, design and administration.
Knowledge of government regulations as they apply to broad-based compensation programs, current and future compensation trends and practices, and incentive compensation programs is required.
Strong knowledge of compensation plan compliance and reporting requirements, plan administration.
Must be proficient in multiple software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Outlook, Power Point and, an advanced user of Microsoft Excel with the ability to perform complex formulas and calculations.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a complex and fast-paced environment.
Working knowledge of computerized applications and procedures as applied to compensation management.
Public company experience and experience with heavy M&A activity preferred.
