Position Overview

We are seeking an entry level junior recruiter to join our growing team! We will train you on recruiting and sourcing procedures best practices.

You will need to have an upbeat, professional demeanor, a willingness to learn and the ability to handle heavy outreach to candidates and the teams we support.

The Sourcing Partner is responsible for screening and submitting qualified applicants to locations for per diem positions. This role tracks applicant progress through the on-boarding process and reports results to the Sourcing Manager and applicable Hiring Manager. This role is responsive to sourcing needs identified by locations.

Compensation: $20/HR + monthly incentive potential 

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8AM - 5PM

Hybrid 2 days in Seal Beach and 3 days in home office 

Essential Job Functions
• Screen candidates (nurses and caregivers) for minimum qualifications as defined by state and location guidelines; work with location staff to ensure an efficient on-boarding process
• Post requisitions for per diem needs in areas designated by location
• Utilize Indeed, Zip Recruiter and icims to source candidates for locations with insufficient applicant traffic
• Consistently document and maintain applicant information in Applicant Tracking System and in Excel reports such as communication, dates and changes in status, etc.
• Participate in regular Sourcing department call and in additional group calls as requested
• Track and report applicant progress to Sourcing Manager and Hiring Managers 

• High school diploma
• Competency with Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel; experience learning different software packages
• Previous experience in a setting requiring detail and focus
• Clear criminal background check

• College degree preferred
• Experience in recruitment, staffing or sales in healthcare or related field a plus

Physical Requirements
• Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English
• Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling of 25 pounds
• Prolonged sitting, walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting
• Must have visual and hearing acuity

• Performs duties in an office environment during agency operating hours
• Must be able to function in a wide variety of environments which may involve exposure to allergens and other various conditions
