Aveanna patient Jack recently began receiving services in January after months of encountering numerous obstacles to secure care.
Jack transitioned to Aveanna with three of his primary caregivers who have continued to support him ever since he was discharged from the NICU. Our payer relations team collaborated with our payers behind the scenes to ensure Jack would receive the care he needed in the comfort of his own home.
