Nursing and Health Services Technicans
- One-on-one interventions, such as medication administration and first aid, for students in school clinics.
- LPNs and RNs provide one-on-one specialty care (vents, trach, G-tubes, medication management)
- Substitute school nurses
- Bus transportation and field-trip nursing
- Assistance with classroom activities as appropriate
- Ability to work with the school team to support IEPs
- Complete health tech services
- CPR/first aid required
Therapy
- Physical Therapy – Strength and skills improved with clear results in enhanced physical abilities
- Occupational Therapy – Help with the skills needed for everyday life
- Speech-Language Pathology – Improving students’ ability to communicate effectively with others
Behavior Therapy
- Scientific approach helps students achieve their academic and behavioral goals
- Highly qualified special education professionals and paraprofessionals provide one-on-one behavior interventions
- Clinicians consult on behalf of individual students and/or support class- or program-wide initiatives
- Ability to provide specialty staffing, such as special education teachers / substitutes / school psychologists
- Initial and on-going training and support for school staff members
