Hannah joined the Aveanna team soon after completing her occupational therapy graduate program in 2019. She began her OT career with a strong sense of purpose. Her passion has only grown since then, thanks to the life-changing relationships she’s found along the way.

“At Aveanna, I have found friends I love to work alongside,” Hannah shares. “Many of the kids I see also receive physical therapy and speech therapy services. Being a part of the Aveanna team means working with my fellow therapists to foster growth in all areas of our patients’ lives. “After graduating, I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do. A friend introduced me to Aveanna, and I’ve been with the company for almost five years now. I started as an Admin Assistant. Shortly after joining the team, I was promoted to the Client Service Supervisor role, then Operations Manager. I was promoted to my current position, Executive Director, about two and a half years ago. This was my first professional job, and I’ve learned a lot working here. Participate in our robust Skilled Nurse Orientation and Adult to Peds training program, and receive mentoring through other available learning modules;
Work with a preceptor/trainer to learn about home care; and
Learn skills and expand their knowledge.
