Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Team members in these LPN jobs are responsible for providing and documenting skilled nursing care, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, in accordance with the developed care plan and physicians’ orders for each individual patient.

Quality Assurance Nurse – Team members in these LVN jobs assist the Director of Nursing with Quality Assurance, Quality Improvement and educational activities to support compliance with Federal, State and Aveanna rules and regulations.

Licensed Vocational Nurse-LVN – Team members in these LVN jobs are responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
