RN/LPN Responsibilities Include:
- One-to-one patient care in a home environment.
- Delivery of specialized nursing care to medically complex, adult patients.
- Patient assessments and coordination of care.
- Health promotion, teaching, and training of patients and/or family members.
- Must be able to work one weekend per month.
RN/LPN Requirements for Success
- Nurses with med-surg background, Behavioral Health
- Nurses who are new to Home Health or New Graduates
- RNs with licenses in good standing in the state where they will practice
- Nurses with current CPR certification
- Nurses willing to travel and visit adult patients in their home
