Position Details

Physical Therapist to Supervise PTAs  Needed - Home Health 

Location: Northern, CO 

Compensation: $65 - $90 per visit for supervising PTA(s) and independent caseload. Additional travel available based on geographic area of service. Hourly compensation available for assistant meetings, patient plan of treatments, and clinical supervisor compliance.

Full Time Physical Therapist Sign-On Bonus $5,000

Aveanna Healthcare is looking for experienced pediatric Physical Therapist's (PT's) to provide professional, goal-oriented home-based therapy services to pediatric clients and supervise PTA’s. This position will allow you to mentor PTA’s and provide a flexible treatment schedule.

Aveanna Healthcare is a pre-eminent pediatric therapy provider for children from birth to age 21. We provide therapy services in the in-home settings, along with private duty nursing, in-home support services and medical supplies, when necessary. Aveanna strongly supports collaboration with all services lines for our patient’s home health team.

Physical Therapist (PT) Qualifications: 

  • Meets the qualifications as established by APTA or other professional organization 
  • Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the current state of practice 
  • Valid, unexpired Driver’s License 
  • Experienced in pediatric rehabilitative services preferred
