This is a remote role that can be performed in any state where Aveanna conducts business. Work will be performed on a schedule that aligns with Pacific Standard Time.

Current Opportunities: Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Recruiting Onboarding Coordinator (ROC) as part of the HR team who will be responsible for navigating candidates through our onboarding process, from offer accepted to hire. This ROC will be expected to provide a positive candidate experience, while focusing on accurate process execution, efficiency in a high-volume onboarding environment, and speed.

The work will require coordination among recruiting, operations, HRIS, clinical education and other internal support teams to ensure that candidate records are kept current, and hires are processed into the HR system in a timely and accurate manner. The ROC will also ensure that pre-hire compliance requirements are met including references, credential verifications, nationwide and State Specific background checks and I-9 verifications.

Duties:

• Onboard candidates by initiating pre-employment references, credential verifications, background checks and required hiring documents
• Updates candidate records and provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on onboarding status via phone and email
• Coordinates and ensures candidates successfully join and complete required virtual orientation
• Completes virtual I-9 section 2 verifications

Requirements:

• At least two years administrative experience
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Adept at understanding software applications
• Self-starter, able to display the highest level of integrity and respect for candidate and company confidentiality
• Enjoys helping people succeed
• Superior follow through and follow up
• Quickly picks up and assimilates new information
• Must have strong organization skills and be very detail-oriented
• Must be comfortable prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
• Be able to work independently without direct supervision
