Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN)

Night shifts needed!

LPN rate: $24 - $28/HR

Sign on Bonus

Full time nights- $3,500 

Full time days- $2,500 

Per diem- $500

 Qualifications of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN):   

  • Must have good standing license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • Must be willing to provide in home nursing care to infants, children, and/or adolescents

Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN):   

  • One to one patient care in a home environment
  • Execution of physician’s prescribed plan of care and compliant documentation of care provided in system of record
  • Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies
  • Patient assessments, coordination of care
  • Health, promotion, teaching, and training of family members
