Position Details

Position Overview
The Expense Report Specialist will be responsible for processing of high-volume Expense Reports for Aveanna Healthcare and its Subsidiaries. This position will interact with different departments and all Aveanna Branches nationwide. Expense Report Specialist reports to Accounts Payable Lead.

Responsibilities
Audit employee expense reports in Workday and Concur for compliance to Company policy.  
Verify the internal controls consistency, completeness and mathematical accuracy of reports in order to avoid financial risk to the company.
Solve routine problems of various complexity following establishes polices, practices and procedures.
Maintain Expense Report queue in Jira to support customer service commitments.
Effective communication with Branch Leaders, Area VP’s, Corporate employees, department heads and Executives.
Assist with scanning of invoices and mailing of checks.
Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor and Director of Purchasing and Accounts Payable.

Requirements
Must have at least three (3) years of Expense Reports Processing
Associate Degree or equivalent work experience
Experience utilizing ERP systems for Expense Reporting
Experience with high volume processing of expense reports.
Excellent organization and communication skills
Quick-thinking and astute decision-making skills
Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution
Excellent time management skills
Willingness to learn new skills

Physical Requirements
Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English
Must be able to travel; company does not provide vehicles or transportation
Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling of 25 pounds
Prolonged walking, sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting
Must be able to sit and climb stairs
Must have visual and hearing acuity
Must have strong sense of smell and touch

Environment
Performs duties in an office environment during agency operating hours
Must be able to function in a wide variety of environments which may involve exposure to allergens and other various conditions
