We are currently seeking an Operations Specialist who will be responsible for providing top level customer service to internal and external clients as it relates to branch location’s clinical operational support activities.
Requirements
RESPONSIBILITES:
This role involves managing payroll, caregiver coordination, personnel support, and office administration. Key responsibilities include:
- Payroll & Billing: Enter weekly caregiver timesheets, audit payroll reports, ensure compliance with billing guidelines, and process payroll. Maintain accurate payroll files and address discrepancies with management. Act as the primary contact for caregiver payroll inquiries.
- Caregiver Management: Assist with caregiver onboarding and recruitment, ensure personnel files are accurate and up-to-date, and verify credentials. Provide monthly evaluation and skills reports to management. Coordinate with Corporate Risk Management on workers’ compensation and with People Services on unemployment claims.
- Caregiver Coordination: Manage orientation schedules, maintain an active caregiver contact list, and ensure timely mailing of schedules to patients.
- Office Support: Scan and file records, assist with answering calls, distribute mail, process invoices, order office supplies, and perform special projects as needed.
This role requires attention to payroll, caregiver management, and office support, as well as effective communication with various departments to ensure efficient operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficient typing skills
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills
PREFERENCES:
• Payroll and/or human resources experience
• Private duty, home care or health care company experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Two (2) years general office experience.
