Position Overview

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Pediatric Facility Director to lead operations at our Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) Center in West Palm Beach, FL. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with experience in healthcare management, social services, or operations. As Facility Director, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and drive business growth while supporting a team dedicated to providing high-quality pediatric care.

What You’ll Need

• Experience in healthcare administration, management, or social services
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance, policies, and procedures (PPEC experience a plus)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to develop relationships with families, staff, and referral sources

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure high-quality care and compliance.
• Operational Management: Oversee daily facility operations, staffing, and workflow efficiency.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and accreditation standards.
• Growth & Outreach: Develop strategies to increase census and build referral relationships.
• Family & Patient Advocacy: Work closely with families to provide support and resources.
