Position Details

Position Overview
The Recruiting Manager will serve as a trusted partner that will own and manage the process for sourcing and recruiting of field caregivers and the Caregiver Sourcing department in a fast paced, growing and dynamic home healthcare business.

Essential Job Functions
• Partner with operations leaders to develop sourcing strategies to support Company staffing goals.
• Analyze the job market, forecast employment needs, develop a quarterly recruitment plan to support planned/current hiring activity and ensure adherence to Company staffing objectives.
• Track key metrics (recruiting sources, hires, and cost per hire) to influence and support the organization’s growth strategy.
• Architect and lead process improvement opportunities to improve the delivery of our services to include sourcing, recruiting, job offers and onboarding of qualified candidates in compliance with employment guidelines.
• Manage the day to day operations of the Sourcing Department including supervision of department employees.
• Implement approved recruitment strategies, as well as identify and track the cost, benefit, and effectiveness of recruitment sources and activities.
• Be responsible for effectively recruiting field caregiver staff, including LPNs, RNs, Aides, etc.
• Assist locations in developing local recruitment strategies; support local recruiting strategies with training, reporting, etc. as needed
• When necessary, review applications and run background checks for various locations.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum of five years of recruitment experience; two years of management experience
• Current/recent multi-site or multi-state recruiting experience
• Current/recent experience recruiting in a high volume setting
• Healthcare experience preferred; previous experience in Home Health a plus
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and sourcing methods and techniques
• Excellent analytical, organizational, computer and communications skills
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to research and analyze data
• Ability to motivate and manage administrative staff to perform in a high volume environment

Physical Requirements
• Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English
• Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling of 25 pounds
• Prolonged walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting
• Must be able to sit and climb stairs
• Must have visual and hearing acuity
• Must have strong sense of smell and touch

Environment
• Performs duties in an office environment during agency operating hours
• Must be able to function in a wide variety of environments which may involve exposure to allergens and other various conditions
