What You'll Do
As our Clinical Director, you will:
Lead with Purpose: Oversee all aspects of clinical operations, from planning and execution to quality assurance and staff development.
Empower Your Team: Hire, mentor, and support a growing team of clinical professionals, creating a culture of excellence and empathy.
Deliver Exceptional Care: Ensure every patient receives appropriate, high-quality care by collaborating with physicians, supervisors, and families.
Be a Key Decision-Maker: Evaluate referrals, determine appropriate care levels, and ensure the right clinical resources are in place.
Drive Results: Partner with the Executive Director to meet financial targets while maintaining exceptional patient outcomes.
Promote Growth & Compliance: Uphold state, federal, and CHAP standards, and lead initiatives that elevate service quality and caregiver satisfaction.
Stay Connected: Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external stakeholders, and participate in strategic planning and calls.
Be Present in the Field: Conduct on-site supervisory visits and offer hands-on support when needed.
What We’re Looking For
Licensed RN with active credentials in the designated state(s)
Homecare experience with a deep understanding of the unique needs of patients and families in this setting
Minimum of 1 year in a management or leadership role
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
Comfortable with occasional travel and on-call responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a Clinical Supervisor
Proven ability to build and lead a successful private duty or home health program
