What You'll Do

As our Clinical Director, you will:

  • Lead with Purpose: Oversee all aspects of clinical operations, from planning and execution to quality assurance and staff development.

  • Empower Your Team: Hire, mentor, and support a growing team of clinical professionals, creating a culture of excellence and empathy.

  • Deliver Exceptional Care: Ensure every patient receives appropriate, high-quality care by collaborating with physicians, supervisors, and families.

  • Be a Key Decision-Maker: Evaluate referrals, determine appropriate care levels, and ensure the right clinical resources are in place.

  • Drive Results: Partner with the Executive Director to meet financial targets while maintaining exceptional patient outcomes.

  • Promote Growth & Compliance: Uphold state, federal, and CHAP standards, and lead initiatives that elevate service quality and caregiver satisfaction.

  • Stay Connected: Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external stakeholders, and participate in strategic planning and calls.

  • Be Present in the Field: Conduct on-site supervisory visits and offer hands-on support when needed.


What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed RN with active credentials in the designated state(s)

  • Homecare experience with a deep understanding of the unique needs of patients and families in this setting

  • Minimum of 1 year in a management or leadership role

  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

  • Comfortable with occasional travel and on-call responsibilities


Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a Clinical Supervisor

  • Proven ability to build and lead a successful private duty or home health program

This role may include physical activity such as lifting or repositioning patients and travel to patient homes. It may also involve exposure to various home environments and medical conditions.
