Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a highly organized and proactive Orders Management Coordinator to manage the end-to-end workflow of physician orders. This role is essential to ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality documentation that supports our mission of delivering exceptional care.

Schedule: Monday - Friday business hours, remote

Training will be in-person in our Bradenton, FL office location

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial coordinator for all physician orders

  • Communicate professionally with physicians, staff, and internal teams to ensure timely submission and return of signed orders

  • Collaborate across the HHH Division to resolve issues and streamline processes

  • Process and upload signed orders into the EMR system by close of business daily

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations

  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Teams

  • Experience in home health or public health services, with knowledge of medical terminology

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with Home Care Home Base (HCHB)
