Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a highly organized and proactive Orders Management Coordinator to manage the end-to-end workflow of physician orders. This role is essential to ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality documentation that supports our mission of delivering exceptional care.
Schedule: Monday - Friday business hours, remote
Training will be in-person in our Bradenton, FL office location
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the initial coordinator for all physician orders
Communicate professionally with physicians, staff, and internal teams to ensure timely submission and return of signed orders
Collaborate across the HHH Division to resolve issues and streamline processes
Process and upload signed orders into the EMR system by close of business daily
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Teams
Experience in home health or public health services, with knowledge of medical terminology
Preferred Experience
Familiarity with Home Care Home Base (HCHB)
