Position Overview
Aveanna is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Director of Operations (RN) to lead and oversee the performance of multiple locations within a designated region. This role is pivotal in driving business growth, ensuring regulatory and clinical compliance, and delivering exceptional care and customer satisfaction.
This role will require up to 80% travel for 6 assigned locations in Northern Minnesota.

What You Will Do:
- Partner with Operations leadership to align branch performance with company goals, focusing on clinical quality, financial outcomes, growth, risk management, and compliance.
- Provide strategic direction and actionable feedback to Executive Directors and location teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Support the development and execution of location budgets and annual business plans.
- Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to inform growth strategies and ensure effective service delivery.
- Contribute to building and retaining a high-performing, engaged workforce.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
- Ensure all programs, policies, and practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the states of coverage
- Experience in home health or hospice services or similar multi-site healthcare services business
- Three to Five years of experience in proven leadership role, related health care management, or home care management experience
- Ability to travel 80% of the time to assigned locations
