The Document Integrity Coordinator is responsible for ensuring ADR records are processed via e-services within appropriate guidelines of CMS and Aveanna.

Essential Job Functions
- Completes final QA audits of ADR charts prior to submissions to ensure all components are present and appropriately labeled
- Submits the ADR completed record timely
- Maintains 90% accuracy with minimal errors in submission process
- Consistently maintains and updates the chart for tracking purposes
- Documents all UTN information required for billing
- Consistently updates the spreadsheet tracker to show the status of ADR claims, ADR reviewer, and details of the records submitted
- Reports any findings to the appropriate department and/or supervisor
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be well organized and demonstrate attention to detail
- Ability to work within a team environment and with deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written with excellent interpersonal skills
- Must demonstrate good customer relation skills and a commitment to providing quality service
- Acceptance and ability to demonstrate and support the core values and goals of Aveanna
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Quick-thinking and astute decision-making skills
- High school diploma or GED
Preferences
- Home care experience needed
- Excel experience needed
- Occasional travel may be required
