Partner with Voice Operations to ensure network and voice architectures remain aligned and supportable. - Vendor Management & Cross‑Functional Leadership - Serve as the technical lead for network and voice vendors, providing design direction, reviewing proposed solutions, and validating deliverables.
Work across Infrastructure, Security, Voice, Application, and Operations teams to translate business needs into effective network designs.
