Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Recruiting Onboarding Coordinator (ROC) who will be responsible for navigating candidates through our recruiting process, from interview to hire. This ROC will be expected to provide a positive candidate experience, while focusing on accurate process execution, efficiency in a high-volume recruiting environment, and speed.
The work will require coordination among sourcing, operations, HRIS, and other internal support teams to ensure that candidate records are kept current in the applicant tracking system and hires are processed into the HR system in a timely and accurate manner. The ROC will also ensure that pre-hire compliance requirements are met including clinical testing, reference and credential verifications, and background checks.
This is a temporary position for approximatley 12 weeks.
Requirements
Essential Job Functions
• Communicate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure that interviews are completed and feedback is documented in a timely manner
• Coordinates/initiates pre-employment testing, including required knowledge tests, reference and credential verifications, and background checks
• Prepare requisitions, offer letters, and various administrative duties in recruiting and HR systems
• Update candidate records and provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
Requirements
• At least two years administrative experience, preferably in a recruiting department
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter, able to display the highest level of integrity and respect for candidate, patient, and company confidentiality
• Ability to exercise effective judgment and sensitivity to changing needs and situations
• Must have strong organization skills and be very detail-oriented
• Must be comfortable prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
