Position Details
- Pay: $18.00/hour + quarterly bonuses
- Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | Day shift
- Location: FWest Palm Beach, FL
What You’ll Do (We’ll Teach You!)
This is the perfect role to learn the ins and outs of healthcare operations:
📁 Medical Records & Data Entry
- Organize and maintain patient records
- Upload and manage physician orders and care plans
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in documentation
📞 Office & Customer Support
- Answer calls, emails, and assist caregivers and staff
- Provide friendly, professional support to your team
🗂️ Administrative Support
- Scan, file, and manage important documents
- Help keep the office running smoothly day-to-day
👥 Onboarding & Compliance Support
- Assist with new hire paperwork and employee files
- Help ensure all credentials and requirements are up to date
💵 Payroll Support
- Review timesheets and assist with payroll questions
- Learn key processes that support caregivers in the field
What We’re Looking For
Perfect for New Grads or Entry-Level Candidates!
- High School Diploma required | College Degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Comfortable with basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email)
- Organized, reliable, and team-oriented
- Strong communication skills
Bonus (but not required):
- Internship, admin, or customer service experience
- Interest in healthcare, HR, or operations
- Bilingual skills
