As a Care Experience Manager (CEM), you’ll play a vital role in creating a positive experience for both our clients and care team members. You’ll build meaningful relationships, coordinate care and staffing, support recruitment and onboarding, and help ensure our patients receive the right care at the right time.
This is a fast-paced, people-focused role for someone who is organized, motivated, compassionate, and enjoys solving problems and making a difference.
What You’ll Do
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, families, and direct care team members.
Coordinate staffing and schedules to ensure patients receive appropriate, consistent care.

Partner with Talent Acquisition and clinical teams to meet staffing needs.
Communicate proactively with clients and employees to address needs and concerns.
Support employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
Complete scheduling, payroll, audits, reporting, and other administrative responsibilities.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and HIPAA.
Respond to urgent situations and participate in the on-call/after-hours rotation.
Conduct occasional patient home or hospital visits as needed.
Perform other duties that support our patients, families, and care teams.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
2+ years of sales, service, recruiting, or customer-facing experience preferred.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
Highly organized with excellent time-management and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Comfortable navigating difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
Self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
Previous recruiting or hiring experience is a plus.
Why This Role Matters
Every day, you’ll have the opportunity to connect people with the care they need, support the team members who provide that care, and make a meaningful impact on patients and their families.
If you’re someone who thrives on relationships, enjoys making things happen, and wants to be part of a mission-driven healthcare team, we’d love to hear from you.
