As a Distribution Supervisor, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of our Distribution team, ensuring the accurate, timely, and efficient movement of durable medical equipment (DME) and medical supplies. You'll oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving, fleet coordination, and team performance while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and develop Warehouse Associates and Delivery Technicians
Oversee inventory accuracy, receiving, shipping, and distribution of medical supplies and DME
Monitor warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance
Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement process improvements
Manage fleet documentation and maintenance records
Track operational metrics and identify opportunities to improve performance
Partner with cross-functional teams to support exceptional patient service

Position Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Two (2)+ years of leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations
Valid Class D (or higher) driver's license with a clean driving record
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
Healthcare, DME, or medical supply distribution experience preferred
Physical Requirements
Frequently lift and move up to 25 lbs.; occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and safely perform warehouse activities throughout the workday
