Pay: $19.00-20.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
As a Cash Poster, you'll play an essential role in supporting Aveanna's Revenue Cycle team by accurately posting insurance and patient payments to accounts receivable. This position helps ensure payment accuracy, maintains financial integrity, and supports timely reimbursement across multiple payer types.

What You'll Do
Accurately post insurance and patient payments to accounts receivable
Process payments from Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and private payers
Reconcile daily cash postings and balance payment batches
Enter payment denials and apply payer adjustments or recoupments
Partner with Patient Account Representatives to resolve payment discrepancies
Follow established posting procedures, SOX controls, and HIPAA guidelines
Maintain accurate documentation and completed batch records
Deliver quality customer service while supporting timely payment processing

Position Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
One year of healthcare, medical billing, payment posting, or accounts receivable experience preferred
Experience with data entry, 10-key, and Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Knowledge of insurance payments and healthcare reimbursement is a plus
Excellent organizational and time management skills
