Position Details
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday Eastern Time | Remote
Pay: $60,000-65,000 annually
As a Change Order Supervisor, you'll lead a team responsible for processing changes to patient plans of care and ensuring information is handled accurately and efficiently. You'll oversee daily operations, team performance, workflow, quality, and escalations while partnering with other departments to resolve issues and support a positive patient experience.

Role-Based Training and Development
What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and develop Change Order team members through training, one-on-ones, and ongoing feedback
Manage daily workflows and assign tasks to ensure timely completion of Change Order processes
Monitor team performance and ensure daily, monthly, and quarterly goals are met
Handle escalated issues, technical concerns, and patient complaints
Analyze team metrics and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Oversee quality assurance and documentation accuracy
Ensure processes follow HIPAA, regulatory, and company compliance requirements
Partner with other departments to resolve patient concerns and improve workflows
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement corrective actions

Position Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
2+ years of management experience required
Healthcare experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Experience managing workflows, performance metrics, and team priorities
Strong written, verbal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
