As the Operations Director, you’ll serve as the leader of your branch, partnering closely with clinical, operational, recruiting, and business development teams to ensure we deliver exceptional care while meeting growth and financial goals.

Identify ways to improve efficiency, reduce unnecessary costs, and strengthen branch performance.
Oversee caregiver staffing and ensure service delivery expectations are consistently met.
Maintain Quality & Compliance
Ensure the branch operates in accordance with company policies, payor requirements, and applicable state and federal regulations.
Partner with clinical leadership to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Monitor key performance indicators to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
Promote a culture centered on accountability, compliance, service excellence, and quality patient care.
