Schedule: Monday–Friday | 12 HR Shifts
No Nights or Weekends

Position Overview

Aveanna Healthcare is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for our Pediatric Day Healthcare Center in Erie, PA.

In this role, you will provide skilled nursing care to medically fragile children in a supportive, child-focused environment. Whether you are a recent graduate or an experienced nurse, this is a great opportunity to build your pediatric nursing skills while making a difference in the lives of children and their families.

What You’ll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care according to physician orders and individual care plans.

• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.

• Complete accurate documentation of care provided.

• Monitor patient safety and changes in condition.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support each child’s care needs.

Qualifications

• Active LPN nursing license

• Pediatric nursing experience preferred

• Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification
